Axess Family Services is seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop innovative treatment plans.

The salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified professional to provide direct client care services and community support. As an Outpatient Therapist at Axess Family Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating client needs and developing individualized service plans
  • Conducting diagnostic assessments and providing psychotherapy/counseling services
  • Reviewing and updating client progress and diagnoses as needed
  • Providing crisis intervention and emergency services when required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited university
  • Licensed as an LPC/LPCC or LSW/LISW or completed coursework and passed examinations for LPC
  • Knowledge of clinical interview methods, individual, family, and group counseling methods
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
