We are seeking an experienced Physician Team Leader to join our team as a key member of our leadership team. As a Physician Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted medical license
  • Board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty
  • Experience in geriatrics or complex patient care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
