Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Brand Ambassador to represent Re-Bath, the nation's #1 bathroom remodeler, in a positive and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent public speaking skills, be able to communicate effectively with national retail accounts, and have a strong understanding of the Re-Bath trade language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with national retail accounts at the regional, store level, and at local events, including trade shows and home events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, educating others about Re-Bath services and acquiring qualified leads.
  • Travel to various locations to offer a consistent presence and engage with customers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and participate in the corporate sales system processes.
  • Properly enter all leads into the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Requirements
  • Outgoing and people-oriented individual with excellent public speaking skills.
  • Ability to communicate and understand the Re-Bath trade language clearly.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Available to work evenings and Saturdays.
  • Dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance required.
  • Coordinate with national account representatives, briefing, and educating them effectively so they are set up for success.
  • Big Box Store sales or brand marketing experience preferred, but not mandatory.
