As a comprehensive telecommunications contractor, our organization offers services in field surveying, design and engineering, construction, and maintenance. We are an authorized vendor for several leading industry providers of CATV, ODAS/Small Cell, and IDAS/Venue. The primary goals of our Design Group include effectively researching, bidding, engineering, and permitting fiber optic cable installation projects across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of industry standards.
  • Possess prior experience and knowledge of Underground Construction.
  • Efficiently investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to job-related challenges.
  • Implement quality control techniques and methods in personal production.
  • Demonstrate experience in interpreting design maps and schematics.
  • Offer recommendations for quality enhancement and operational efficiencies.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
  • Support Underground crews in the field from a supervisory role.
  • Report daily production metrics to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with other relevant resource tools.
  • Have experience in the telecommunications industry or the capacity to quickly acquire necessary skills.
  • Willingness to expand knowledge and embrace challenges in a progressive environment.
  • Able to work full-time with potential for overtime.
  • Skilled in operating standard office equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, copiers, and VOIPs.
  • Capable of delivering high productivity and quality work while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Adept at comprehending and following complex oral and written instructions.
  • Exhibit sound judgment and initiative in carrying out responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
