Sanitation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Supervisor to oversee the collection, removal, and disposal of refuse and yard waste from commercial and residential customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling and supervising daily collection operations, ensuring safe and efficient collection practices, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and supervise daily collection operations
- Oversee associates during a specific shift
- Perform field inspections to ensure safe and efficient collection practices
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints promptly and tactfully
- Monitor and inspect equipment maintenance and repair
- Prepare and submit reports to supervisor
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Competitive salary range: $21.00 - $22.00
