Job Overview:


As the Lead Coordinator for stand personnel in the Premium Services Area, you will play a pivotal role in managing and directing the activities of your team.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing stand setup and closing operations, maintaining cleanliness and order, managing inventory levels, accurately completing necessary documentation, and enforcing compliance with beverage policies.

Additionally, you will supervise staff to ensure that food preparation adheres to established guidelines. A comprehensive understanding of all roles within the team is essential, as you will be expected to step in as needed.

  • Engage with guests and staff to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments within the venue
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and safety protocols
  • Be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

  • 24 years of experience in a high-end club, restaurant, or catering environment
  • High School Diploma required; college education preferred
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt swiftly
  • Must demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and effective task prioritization
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting items as needed
