We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Technologist to lead our team in a clinical laboratory setting. As a Senior Medical Technologist Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding our team members to ensure the highest quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Medical Technologists
- Mentor and train new team members
- Ensure compliance with laboratory regulations and standards
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist program
- Strong leadership and communication skills
