The Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior advisors, gain valuable experience, and develop a deep understanding of our clients' financial needs. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career and become a partner in our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing personalized financial plans using our planning software eMoney
  • Leading client meetings and presentations to ensure effective communication and understanding of our services
  • Assisting with business development efforts to expand our client base and increase revenue
  • Executing client trades and managing their investment portfolios
  • Providing exceptional customer service and being a liaison between clients and third-party vendors

Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Financial Advisor in a wealth management firm
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  • Series 65 license (required within 90 days of hire)
  • CFP or CFA designation (preferred)
  • CFP designation (required within 18 months of hire; company-sponsored)
