We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Rite Aid. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist Store Associates: Provide guidance and support to Store Associates with daily operational tasks, including receiving and stocking procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Assist customers with their shopping needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
- Maintain store appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, and that all merchandise is properly displayed and rotated.
- Perform administrative tasks: Count and reconcile cash register drawers, prepare deposits, and maintain accurate records.
- Lead by example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level.
