At Stark Tech Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities and energy solutions team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for project development and execution, including drafting purchase and change orders, processing insurance certificates, and maintaining project data in systems like Salesforce and Intacct.
  • Manage contract paperwork, coordinate with vendors, update project schedules, and audit data through the Construction Project Dashboard.
  • Attend meetings, prepare reports, and assist with material orders, close-out packages, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team and business development support to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Occasional travel arrangements and research tasks may also be required.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines required.
  • Travel required, up to 25% of the time, to job sites, manufacturers for training, and office meetings.
  • Additional skills preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree, two plus years of progressive experience in a construction-related role, working knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures, basic knowledge of contract terminology and invoicing, and fluency in project-related software and applications.
