Project Administrator Job Description

At Stark Tech Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Administrator to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, contract management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and process purchase and change orders
  • Process insurance certificates and maintain project data in systems like Salesforce and Intacct
  • Manage contract paperwork and coordinate with vendors
  • Update project schedules and audit data through the Construction Project Dashboard
  • Attend meetings, prepare reports, and assist with material orders, close-out packages, and documentation
  • Occasional travel arrangements and research tasks may also be required

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two plus (2+) years progressive experience in a role supporting construction related projects preferred
  • Construction project financial experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures preferred
  • Basic knowledge in contract terminology and invoicing preferred
  • Fluency in project related software & applications such as Sage Intacct, MS Project, PowerBI a plus

Compensation:
The advertised compensation range for this position represents what we believe, at the time of posting, to be competitive and acceptable by reviewing comprehensive market data to include industry, and roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the range, wage will be determined by several factors including candidate knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
