We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Leader to join our team at Roads to Success Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a positive community culture and ensuring our program goals are met.

The Group Leader will work closely with participants to build meaningful relationships and serve as a positive role model. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about youth development and wants to make a difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and facilitate activities to promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth in participants
  • Build positive relationships with and among participants, and act as a role model
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to enhance professional skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to site-specific memoranda and program staff manual to ensure the safety and care of all children

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required
  • 1 year experience working with youth in a school or camp setting
  • Ability to lead and participate in group sports and recreation
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with all community members
