Position Overview:
As a Senior Electronics Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components in accordance with product specifications. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the quality and functionality of our aerospace products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and repair various electronic units using established techniques.
- Identify and source appropriate parts, components, and materials.
- Remove defective components and replace them with new ones.
- Perform soldering of electronic components and utilize hand tools effectively.
- Operate assembly machinery and equipment.
- Measure, mix, and apply chemicals and adhesives as required.
- Read and interpret technical documentation, including maintenance manuals and assembly instructions.
- Communicate work progress and status updates to team members and support staff.

Working Environment:
- This position requires onsite work and may involve occasional weekend and holiday support to meet operational needs.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to distinguish colors and meet vision standards.
- Capable of bending, stooping, and reaching to handle products.
- Proficient in using hands for extended periods for testing and troubleshooting tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds unassisted.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a diploma.
- Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electronic assembly within the aerospace sector.
- Ability to pass a Class III Solder Exam.
