Join Our Team as a Primary Care Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Clinician to join our team at OptumCare Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary care services to patients in various settings, including clinics, homes, and long-term care facilities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to address patient needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently using electronic medical records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon State.
  • Experience as a primary care clinician, preferably in value-based care contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of geriatric care and ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records.
