RN Visit Nurse Flex Schedule Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Almost Family - Marinette PD. As a Visit Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical services to patients in their homes, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care in accordance with federal and state program requirements.
- Ensure patient eligibility and medical necessity for services, and initiate plan of care revisions as needed with physician approval.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one year experience as an RN preferred.
- Current CPR certification required.
