Job Title: Business Intelligence Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Project Manager to lead the creation of impactful client reporting and dashboard solutions. As a Business Intelligence Project Manager, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, transforming complex data into actionable insights that power their business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of BI projects, from initial client needs assessment and requirements gathering through to solution design, development, testing, deployment, user training, and post-implementation support.
  • Develop detailed project plans for BI initiatives, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality BI solutions.
  • Leverage your expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to design compelling and intuitive visuals using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to effectively communicate key trends, metrics, and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success, addressing and overcoming challenges swiftly.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in business intelligence or analytics roles such as BI Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a proven track record of creating effective client-facing reports and dashboards.
  • Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar), SQL, and data warehousing concepts. Experience with ETL processes a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure and translate client requirements into technical specifications and deliver user-friendly solutions.
