We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Technical Product Owner to deliver innovative solutions and tools to our global business teams. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with technical teams and interact with internal clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and formulate requirements for enterprise BI and dashboard initiatives
  • Analyze business needs and develop conceptual models and data flow processes
  • Communicate data architecture to development teams
  • Consult and perform design reviews to ensure business needs are met
  • Utilize Business Intelligence tools to build and support dashboards
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business processes and system solutions
  • Manage and resolve client issue escalation and systemic improvements
  • Work with offshore teams to develop and deliver BI dashboards and reports
  • Lead validation efforts to ensure data quality
  • Identify and execute risk mitigation and compliance exercises

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8-12 years of experience in a BI Manager or related role delivering BI/Reporting projects in an enterprise or consulting role
  • Experience with Quicksight and AWS environment is a must
  • Knowledge of other Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is highly desired
  • Experience and knowledge with the Data Warehouse ETL process
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, and Hive is a plus
  • Experience with tools and concepts related to data and analytics, such as dimensional modeling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing, structured and unstructured data
  • Experience or familiarity with the Retail and e-commerce industry is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills
