About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Site Lead to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our Commercial HVAC Americas strategic business unit, you will be responsible for the overall IT performance at our manufacturing and warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the local IT team to ensure seamless IT service delivery
  • Develop and execute IT strategy to align with business objectives and drive results
  • Build relationships with functional leaders to align solutions with business strategies
  • Capture demand and prioritize project requests and change requests/enhancements
  • Participate in and/or lead continuous improvement activities and events within the site(s)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management or related technical discipline
  • 7+ years experience in a manufacturing IT environment or equivalent manufacturing operations/engineering experience
  • Experience with manufacturing/shop floor applications and systems, including MES/production execution, inventory/warehousing, quality and maintenance applications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT services and oversee projects in a manufacturing environment
