Customer Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Manage all incoming customer care telephone calls and inquiries.
- Process and manage all paperwork and information related to customer care and quality assurance.
- Maintain customer care records and support various department activities.
- Three (3) years of customer service experience, preferably with a homebuilder.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with accuracy for data entry.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude required to positively represent the company.
- Regular attendance and punctuality relative to the daily work schedule are mandatory.
- Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures.
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.
