Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance functions, including landscaping, painting, carpentry, and snow removal.
  • Identify and meet the maintenance needs of the property, ensuring it remains in good condition.
  • Operate equipment onsite, including snow removal equipment, as required.
  • Perform daily and scheduled maintenance checks and services on company trucks and other equipment.
  • Repair company equipment as needed to maintain serviceable condition.
  • Perform basic computer data entry for equipment and perform ground maintenance and limited site work tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in a maintenance position.
  • Knowledge of operating snow removal equipment and ability to read and interpret equipment owners' manuals and work orders.
  • Great organizational skills and basic understanding of Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
Work Environment

This role operates in a manufacturing environment, inside and outside, in all weather conditions. Regular lifting up to 75 lbs. may occur.

Travel

Travel is not anticipated for this position.
