Job Summary

Adfinitas Health is seeking a seasoned Medical Director to lead our Pediatric Hospitalist team at a prominent medical facility in Maryland. This is an ideal opportunity for a healthcare professional looking to transition into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Adfinitas Health program and providers at the facility, implementing and executing operational and quality initiatives.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with staff members, hospital clinical and administrative staff, and ensure the financial performance of the program.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pediatric Hospitalist team.

Requirements

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Family Medicine.
  • Active Maryland state license, BLS, ACLS, DEA, and CDS License.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in a hospital setting.
