Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy: Work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Implement Individualized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with our BCBAs to implement treatment plans, ensuring that each child receives the most effective and efficient support.
- Collect Data and Monitor Progress: Accurately collect and analyze data to track the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Support Training and Education: Assist our BCBAs in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans, empowering them to support their child's development at home.
