Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be appointed as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor within a non-tenure track. Candidates must possess a doctoral degree in medicine (MD, DO), be board-certified or board-eligible, and qualify for medical licensure in Pennsylvania. Responsibilities will encompass:

  • Patient care
  • Teaching and mentoring

Rank and salary will be aligned with experience and academic qualifications:

  • Assistant Professors: 1-6 years of experience with notable academic contributions.
  • Associate Professors: 7-10 years of experience with significant academic achievements.
  • Professors: 10 or more years of experience demonstrating leadership and innovation.
