- Monitor and evaluate patient care, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Clinical Nurse II with AHS or equivalent experience in a large acute facility.
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Desirable certifications include CCRN, ACLS, and BLS.
