Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient filing of billing and clinical information. Additionally, you will be responsible for checking eligibility and benefit verification, obtaining pre-authorizations, and resolving patient calls concerning billing questions. If you have previous experience in customer service and are familiar with claim adjudication processes, we encourage you to apply. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
