Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage in extensive fieldwork, distributing promotional materials throughout neighborhoods.
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team of 6-10 canvassers.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure achievement of weekly goals.
  • Conduct interviews for potential canvassing candidates.
  • Provide training and support to canvassers with varying levels of experience.
  • Develop and manage canvassing schedules.
  • Identify new neighborhoods for canvassing efforts.
  • Process payroll for canvassing staff on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Oversee daily canvassing activities and provide on-site guidance.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data collected by canvassers.
