Accounts Receivable Representative

AHF Products is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team at our headquarters in Mountville, PA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 customer accounts, with a total value of over $2,000,000
  • Review orders on credit hold and communicate with customers to resolve issues
  • Maximize Accounts Receivable turnover through credit management, collections, and process improvements
  • Analyze and resolve customer deductions
  • Collaborate with customer service, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Generate invoices and credit memos
  • Assist the AR and Credit team in other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field
  • Proven success in AR collection and credit management
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent research, problem-solving, and time management skills
