The Job:
Packaging Operators at ADM play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production and delivery of high-quality animal nutrition products. This position involves operating sacking equipment to convey and palletize 50 lb bagged product per specified feed formulations and packaging rates.

Main Responsibilities:
- Operate all sacking equipment, including robotic palletizers, conveyors, forklifts, and other packaging equipment to maintain production efficiency and quality.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices throughout the facility to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform quality checks, production paperwork documentation, safety inspections, LOTO, standard work sheets, etc. to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Set up, adjust, and maintain palletizer equipment, which includes entering robot cages for adjustments, cleaning, replacing supplies, and minor repairs.

Working Conditions:
- This is a 3rd shift position, with occasional overtime before/after the shift and Saturday work required.
- Wearing an N95 mask, respirator, or other filtration device may be required at times for certain tasks.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, use a forklift, and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 55-pound bags from the floor to a height of 36 inches, withstand heights, climb ladders, and ride caged man lifts.
