Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Machine Operator to join our team at Ingersoll Rand. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machine tools to produce precision parts. This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machine tools to produce precision parts to specifications
- Construct, assemble, or rebuild machines such as blowers, pumps, boosters, and similar equipment used in various industries
- Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines
- Select appropriate tools, machines, and materials for machinery work

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of assembly and or CNC machining
- 2+ years of reading/interpreting blueprints, including geometric dimensioning and tolerance
- 1+ year of experience determining and completing tool offsets through basic mathematics
