The McCall Behavioral Health Network is seeking a skilled Recovery Support Professional II to join our team. As a key member of our residential treatment program, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate psycho-educational groups to promote client engagement and empowerment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff.
  • Develop and implement recovery plans, connecting clients with essential resources and entitlements.
  • Identify and address barriers to treatment, securing necessary resources and supports for clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with mental health conditions or behavioral challenges.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
