Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team at PGL. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and developing strong client relationships to maximize the sale of our services and provide exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Closing transactional sales, setting up new accounts, and achieving quarterly quotas.
  • Maintaining and expanding pipeline of prospects within assigned territory or book of business.
  • Researching new accounts, identifying decision-makers, and sparking interest.
  • Performing phone calls or online demos to potential prospects.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven inside sales experience with a track record of achieving sales goals and/or quota.
  • Industry-related Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, customer service, and English language.

  • Active listening, speaking, negotiation, persuasion, social perceptiveness, critical thinking, reading comprehension, writing, active learning, complex problem-solving, coordination, judgment, and decision-making.

Tools and Technology:

  • Desktop computers, facsimile machines, laptop computers, cell/mobile phones, special-purpose telephones, multi-line telephone systems, video conferencing software, electronic mail software, enterprise resource planning ERP software, manufacturing resource planning MRP software, customer relationship management CRM software, logistics and supply chain software, and spreadsheet software.
