Our institution features 82 long-term acute care beds, collaborating closely with physicians to ensure 24-hour clinical support every day of the week, facilitating your path to recovery.
Additionally, our 13-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) is specifically designed for individuals who have faced the challenging impacts of acute injuries, impairments, or illnesses.

As a key component of Kindred's continuum of care, our transitional care hospitals provide the same level of critical care as traditional hospitals or intensive care units, but with a focus on extended recovery.
As a Registered Nurse / RN, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process, including Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Developing nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams as necessary.
- Communicating any changes in patients' clinical conditions to Physicians, Nursing Supervisors/Managers, and colleagues as appropriate.
- Participating in the discharge planning process.
As a Registered Nurse / RN, you will need:
- A degree from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing program or an Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse / RN.
- BCLS certification is mandatory; ACLS certification is preferred.
- A minimum of six months of experience as a Registered Nurse / RN in a Medical/Surgical acute care setting is preferred.
