Exciting Neurohospitalist Position Available

We are actively seeking a skilled neurologist to join our team and contribute to the establishment of an inpatient neurohospitalist program in a vibrant coastal community.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Board certification (or eligibility) in neurology is required.
- Ability to provide inpatient consultative neurology services, with the option for outpatient work if preferred.
- Previous experience is advantageous, but we are open to considering new graduates.
- Collaborate effectively with the stroke program director and stroke coordinator.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary structure.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, 401K, continuing medical education (CME) support, relocation assistance, and malpractice coverage.
- Employed position with job security.
- Attractive work schedule featuring a seven on/seven off rotation with 12-hour shifts.
- Access to teleneurology support, with no night shifts required.
- Opportunity to manage a diverse range of neurological conditions.
About Our Facility:
- A 267-bed hospital recognized as a Level II Trauma Center.
- Ongoing expansion plans to add 40 additional beds.
- Pursuing certification as the region's only Level I Trauma Center.
- Engaging in teaching opportunities, currently hosting medical students with plans for graduate medical education offerings.
- Our rehabilitation facility is the only CARF accredited stroke specialty program in the tri-county area.
- Recognized among the top 10% nationally for cardiac surgery, joint replacement, and patient safety.
- The only accredited Chest Pain Center and Advanced Primary Stroke Center in the area.
