About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Burn Unit team. As a Burn Unit Registered Nurse Wound Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with burn injuries. Your expertise and compassion will play a critical role in helping patients achieve optimal outcomes and regain their independence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in burn care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program
  • Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
