The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and compliance, with experience in managing internal controls and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000-$200,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Key responsibilities will include preparation of the Form 10-K, 10-Q, and financial information related to quarterly earnings releases, as well as performing technical accounting research, analysis, and communication.

To succeed in this role, you should have a BA/BS degree in Accounting, be a CPA or CPA candidate, and possess advanced technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC accounting/reporting rules. Experience working in or auditing a SOX compliant environment is also required.
