Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments to identify patients at risk of malnutrition.
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans using evidence-based best practices.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and caregivers on therapeutic diets and nutrition-related topics.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance nutrition services and patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field.
  • Completion of a dietetic internship and successful completion of the national registration exam (RD status).
  • Current licensure as a Registered Dietitian in the state of Ohio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
