Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. As a key member of our Mortgage Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our loan processing and closing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Quality Initiative: Prepare and review loan documents, credit analysis, and quality control to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Closing and Funding: Accurately process and close mortgage loans in all 50 states and the Virgin Islands using our Prime Alliance LFC system.
  • Member Support: Serve as a backup for initial member contact via phone calls and assist with taking applications through our Prime Alliance loan origination system.
  • Department Representation: Represent the Mortgage Department at various Credit Union events, seminars, and special projects as directed by management.
  • Production Goals: Meet deadlines and contribute to achieving production goals.
  • Security and Confidentiality: Ensure the security and confidentiality of all account and related information, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements and Experience
  • Banking Experience: Previous experience as a bank teller or in a related banking or Credit Union role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Previous knowledge of Client, NCUA, and client's FCU Mortgage Lending Guidelines.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language Skills: Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well under deadlines, and adapt to change.
