Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • ~ 1 year Nursing experience in Med Surg.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
