Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pulmonary Care Specialist to join our respiratory therapy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing therapeutic and diagnostic procedures as ordered by physicians, assessing patient needs, and implementing effective care plans. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform pulmonary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as ordered by physicians.
  • Assess patient needs and develop effective care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Implement and document patient care according to established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

  1. State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License is required.
  2. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  3. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) is required.
  4. 2 years experience as an RCP is preferred.
  5. ACLS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
  6. NRP certificate is preferred.
  7. PALS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
  8. Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree is preferred.
  9. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $32.00 per hour.
