Requirements

  • Ability to design and deliver training programs, with a focus on adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of meat department operations, including meat cutting, wrapping, and display.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and sales results.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, with frequent bending, twisting, and reaching.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment, with exposure to temperatures below 32°F.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
