Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee home healthcare personnel and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Facilitate the execution of the patient's Care Plan.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Communicate all relevant information to the Clinical Supervisor.
  • Collaborate effectively to address client and clinical issues.

Administrative Duties:

  • Design and implement treatment strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Assess potential clinical staff and verify their qualifications.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives.

Management Oversight Duties:

  • Assign patients and staff as needed.
  • Coordinate patient care and referrals efficiently.
  • Ensure ongoing assessment of patient needs and timely updates to individualized care plans.

Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as a Registered Nurse; BSN is preferred.
  • At least two years of nursing experience required.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Understanding of cost management in clinical services.
  • Current CPR certification and valid Driver's license.
