Job Title: Installation Manager

PD Instore is a forward-thinking company that creates innovative brand solutions. We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Installation Manager will be responsible for coordinating and assigning projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting company goals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assign projects to ensure timely completion and meet company goals.
  • Lead by example and motivate employees to reflect company policies and goals.
  • Assure training of employees and vendors on Process Displays systems and procedures.
  • Act as a primary contact for other Process Displays departments.
  • Responsible for the upkeep, accuracy, and communication of the installation schedule.
  • Creates a culture of inclusion by engaging employees in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ensures that issues are reported, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Accountable for planning, requesting, monitoring expenses associated with Department employees.
  • Fosters a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration, and empowerment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of construction management, architecture, or fixture project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and complete projects per plan.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent coaching, facilitating, and flexibility.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and coordinate work efforts.
  • Must have the ability to multitask, problem-solve, and operate in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Proven ability to organize information from multiple sources.
  • Aptitude in reading and understanding CAD drawings and floor layouts.
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically working with Mac-based products and in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Intermediate knowledge of construction and assembly.
  • Readiness to travel, work off hours/night/weekends as needed.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivation is a must.
  • Ability to demonstrate and apply our workplace values.
  • Flexibility to travel between multiple PD locations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment.
