GovCIO is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance processes. This role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance and excellence in our operations.
Key Responsibilities
The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and tracking of corrective actions stemming from both internal assessments and external evaluations. This includes the management of documentation, ensuring all revisions are integrated into the company’s operational frameworks, which encompass policies, procedures, and relevant tools. The role involves leading training initiatives on corporate processes and maintaining accurate records.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all performance enhancement initiatives and audits.
- Conduct quality reviews of deliverables, standard operating procedures, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate various operational committees, including Change Management for essential corporate systems.
- Participate in special projects aimed at addressing strategic objectives and minimizing risks.
- Possess a strong understanding of data analysis, process development, and statistical methodologies.
- Facilitate regular quality control meetings with department managers.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience is required.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience, including 3 years in the region.
- A degree in information technology or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+, ISO 9001, and ISO 19011.
- A Secret Clearance is mandatory.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Additional qualifications will be considered an asset.
