Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Camden Operator LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide nursing care for residents, including administering medications and performing treatments.
  • Supervise and direct junior staff members and CNAs, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent care.
  • Document resident conditions and nursing needs, accurately and promptly implementing physicians' orders.
  • Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner.
  • Report and record pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing.
  • Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • One year experience in nursing preferred.
