About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for speaking with potential customers regarding their product needs and scheduling in-home sales consultations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound calls to customer leads generated from our canvassing team.
  • Review customer information to confirm accuracy and determine availability for in-home sales consultations.
  • Overcome objections from potential customers regarding scheduling, cost, and other concerns to schedule sales consultations as soon as possible.
  • De-escalate calls where necessary and provide solutions that leave customers satisfied with the resolution.
  • Exceed customer service expectations by providing an outstanding experience to every potential customer.
  • Adhere to schedules while maintaining an acceptable level of service, customer satisfaction, and quality.
  • Promote teamwork through consistency, reliability, and group cohesiveness.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking proficiency, including the ability to type while speaking to customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer questions and concerns.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly.
  • High level of flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to make decisions quickly, balancing company guidelines and customer needs.
  • High degree of dependability, motivation, and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a dynamic call center or customer service role.
  • Home improvement knowledge and/or experience.
