Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at Star Group, where we specialize in custom design and manufacturing of physical experiences for exhibits, retail, corporate environments, and branded events.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role

This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and with a team. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' projects meet expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machines.
  • Work with AutoCAD files and AlphaCAM programming software.
  • Calculate cut sheets for fabrication and posting of inventory.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve production processes.
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD & AlphaCAM).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
