Behavior Consultant

Achieving True Self is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based treatment to individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and design ABA treatment plans for our young clients
- Provide training and supervision to BCAs and RBTs
- Monitor treatment progress and collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:
- PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist
- BCaBA/BCBA Certification or equivalent experience and training
- Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
