We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Administrative Assistant to bolster our Operations and Human Resources Team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (including One Note, SharePoint, Excel, etc.) and data analytics tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with payroll processing and benefits management.
  • Conducting internal and external reporting.
  • Tracking company vehicle fuel maintenance.
  • Managing external safety reports.
  • Overseeing employee expense reporting.
  • Maintaining filing systems and providing front desk coverage.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least two (2) to four (4) years of advanced administrative experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with payroll systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Rubbertree Systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to support various operational functions as required.
  • Demonstrated stable work history.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical examination, and drug screening.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
