Job Summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its team in providing high-quality dialysis care to patients. As a key member of the hemodialysis healthcare team, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to ensure safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care for assigned patients, including obtaining pre and post-treatment vitals, weight, and vascular access assessment.
  • Set up, operate, and perform safety checks of hemodialysis machines.
  • Initiate and discontinue dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders and policy.
  • Administer heparin as allowed by state law.
  • Document patient treatment information, including vital signs, treatment parameters, and changes in condition.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in dialysis care.
  • CPR certification or completion upon starting in unit.
  • Able to meet physical demands of the position, including frequent standing and lifting of up to 200 lbs.
