Job Title: Medical Staff LPN

Concerto Renal Services is a leading provider of dialysis care, and we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality patient care in our dialysis setting. As a member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Conduct safety checks on hemodialysis machines and ensure proper operation.
  • Initiate and discontinue dialysis treatments according to prescribed orders and policy.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in dialysis care.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. and move equipment as needed.
